01 What is JUICEWATCH? Can I read full stories without logging in?
JUICEWATCH shows real dispute stories published with joint consent and privacy processing. Visitors can read full stories and copy story links without logging in. Taking a side, saving, commenting, and post interactions require an account. User posts can only be forwarded inside the app; dispute stories can be forwarded in-app or shared outside with a copied link. FAQ and language settings never require login.
02 Where do stories come from? Are others' disputes used for attention?
Stories mainly come from completed mediations in Reconcile. Completing mediation and publishing a story are two independent decisions: all participants must separately agree, and the story must also be rewritten, de-identified, and jointly reviewed before it can enter Juicewatch. The purpose of publication should be to share experience and help the public understand conflict, not to turn the parties' suffering into sensational content. If anyone disagrees, the story will not be published; refusing to publish does not affect mediation rights.
03 How is authorization obtained before going public?
The system will show the public disclosure choice to each participant separately. Silence or no reply does not equal consent. Participants should be able to see the version ready for publication and judge whether it still contains identifiable information. Publication may only occur when the condition of full authorization is met. Consent to recording, participation in mediation, confirmation of the report, and consent to publication are separate permissions and cannot replace one another. If there is any doubt about authorization status, the content should remain unpublished.
04 How does the platform protect identity and privacy?
Public stories should remove or summarize names, contact information, exact addresses, employers, account IDs, proof of identity, and unnecessary combinations of time and place, and should also avoid rare relationships or details that allow acquaintances to easily re-identify the person. Private interviews, raw recordings, and unpublished mediation records are not attached to the story. De-identification cannot guarantee absolute anonymity in all cases, so participants should still point out details that could expose identity during review.
05 What does the vote represent? Will it decide who is right or wrong?
Community votes only reflect the views of participating users on one question in the public version; they are not a factual ruling, legal conclusion, or character judgment of the people involved. Readers see a condensed, privacy-processed narrative and cannot access all the evidence and context. Please discuss behavior, choices, and resolution approaches. Do not organize online harassment, search for real identities, or treat majority opinion as permission to harm others.
06 What are the rules for comments?
Comments should address viewpoints and lessons that can be drawn from the story; hate, threats, harassment, pornographic content, personal data, identity guesses, contact information, advertising, or illegal instructions are not allowed. Do not claim to have found the parties involved, and do not incite cross-platform harassment. The platform can delete rule-violating comments, restrict interaction, block accounts, and retain necessary records for handling appeals. Difference of opinion is not itself a violation, but persistent insults and targeted personal attacks will be addressed.
07 How is the hot list sorted?
The hot list may combine publish time, genuine reads, interaction quality, discussion activity, and safety status. Display weight may be adjusted for content discovery, correction, safety cooling, or preventing manipulation. Adjustments must not fake read, vote, or comment numbers, nor be sold as undisclosed political or commercial manipulation. Sponsored, advertised, or partnered content must be clearly distinguished from organic community content.
08 How does the platform earn revenue through traffic?
Authorized public stories may generate revenue through on-page ads, member reading, content partnerships, or other clearly labeled commercial formats, used to cover hosting, AI, support, safety, and mediation product operations. The platform must not sell private interviews, raw dispute data, or personal information to advertisers, nor fabricate facts, exaggerate harm, or undermine the meaning jointly confirmed by participants in order to boost click-through rates.
09 What if a story has errors, the situation changes, or the parties want to withdraw it?
Please use customer support to provide the story title, specific paragraph, the reason for the error, and your relationship to the content; do not add new private information in public comments. The platform will handle correction, hiding, or deletion requests based on identity verification, joint authorization status, public interest, the rights of other participants, and applicable rules. Content that clearly exposes personal data, poses a safety risk, or has invalid authorization should be preferentially removed from display and reviewed. Reasonable corrections should leave a transparent note to avoid continued circulation of the old version.
10 Why are accounts shared across both websites?
RECONCILE and JUICEWATCH share accounts and the necessary data infrastructure, so users can use the same identity to participate in mediation, manage public authorization, and interact with the community, but the two sites’ front ends and use cases are independent. Display name, avatar, and password changes take effect across both. Blocking an account prevents login but retains data; permanent deletion handles associated data according to product rules. Please use a unique account and do not give your password or login session to others.
11 How do I report content or contact live support?
After logging in, you can use the support entry on the page to send messages; support will receive a new alert and can reply in real time. When reporting, please provide the story or comment location, issue type, and necessary explanation, and avoid copying or spreading sensitive information. For immediate physical danger, do not rely only on platform support—contact local emergency services. FAQ, language selection, and the logged-out hot list can be used without contacting support or creating an account.
12 Does JUICEWATCH track whether I'm online?
