bibla operates JUICEWATCH (吃瓜) and RECONCILE (讲和) with one shared account.
We process your email, username, display name, password hash, optional avatar/bio, support messages, locale preference, and mediation or community content you submit. A session cookie keeps you signed in. First-time visitors are asked to accept necessary cookies that remember language and keep Juicewatch/Reconcile routing working. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Private interviews, recordings and reports stay inside RECONCILE unless every participant separately authorizes a de-identified public story on JUICEWATCH. Administrators may open a read-only participant view only with a logged support reason.
Text and consented audio may be sent to AI providers (currently Gemini and/or DeepSeek) to transcribe, summarize or assist mediation. Do not submit passwords, payment data or government IDs in interviews or support chat.
Use in-app support from your account to request access, correction or deletion. Some records that other participants share, or that law requires us to keep, may be retained.
