01 What is RECONCILE? What disputes is it suitable for?
Reconcile is an AI-assisted multi-party dispute resolution space. It is suitable for couples, families, friends, colleagues, neighbors, parties to transactions, and service disputes who wish to continue communicating. The system first understands each person's perspective separately, then helps everyone form a common agenda, arrange mediation, and organize actionable outcomes. It is not a court, arbitration body, lawyer, or psychological first aid service, and it does not determine who wins or loses. If there is immediate physical danger, coercive control, risk of self-harm, serious crime, or matters that must be handled within legal time limits, local emergency services and qualified professionals should be contacted first.
02 How does a complete mediation proceed?
After the initiator creates a topic, they receive an invitation link. Each participant joins with their own account and completes private interviews in isolated spaces. Only after each participant confirms their interview summary does the system generate a common agenda; participants can propose changes and confirm separately. Then everyone negotiates the time, chooses whether to allow recording, enters joint mediation, confirms the final report, and finally decides individually whether to make the de-identified story public. Joint mediation supports instant typing, voice messages, and live calls, which the other party can see or hear without refreshing. Any stage requiring personal authorization must be completed by the individual; other participants cannot do it on their behalf.
03 Who can see what in private interviews?
Other participants cannot see your original answers, recordings, transcripts, or AI analysis intended only for you. The shared stage only uses issues that have been processed and are suitable for joint discussion. The platform will not quietly change your original answers into another version.
04 Could AI fabricate, misunderstand, or favor one side?
AI may mishear speech, miss context, or make inaccurate summaries, so interview transcripts, summaries, agendas, and reports all require human review. Before confirming, correct errors or request regeneration. The system is designed to distinguish factual statements, feelings, speculation, and demands, and does not automatically treat either party's claims as established facts. AI suggestions are not legal, medical, financial, or psychological diagnostic opinions. Important decisions should be made by the participants themselves and, when needed, with qualified professionals.
05 What if speech recognition is inaccurate or lacks punctuation?
Please use clear, complete sentences in a quiet environment, avoid multiple people speaking at once, and allow the browser to access the microphone. After upload or recording, the system performs final recognition and punctuation cleanup; you should first read the text, then manually correct names, numbers, dialect words, and proper nouns. If the result is clearly wrong, you can re-record or type the answer directly. Recognized text that has not been confirmed by the person is not treated as the final interview content.
06 Why can't the process move to the next step right now?
Common reasons include: some invited people have not yet joined, a participant's interview summary has not yet been confirmed by that person, the common agenda still has someone who has not reviewed it, time or recording choices are not yet completed, or a safety check requires a pause. The page shows the current stage and outstanding items. If everyone has finished but the page is still stuck, please refresh and contact customer support, providing the mediation title and the stage where the problem occurred; do not send passwords or unnecessary private content.
07 How do recording, transcription, and read-aloud work?
Whether joint mediation is recorded is chosen independently by each participant; recording starts only when the consent conditions on the page are met. After that, typing, voice notes, and live calls all enter the same mediation record for AI tracking; this is not consent to publish. Voice notes are sent to the other party immediately, and transcription finishes in the background—you do not wait for AI before sending. AI prompts and generated text can be played with device speech; if the browser or system has no matching voice, you can still read them. On a shared device, speakers and notifications may expose content; log out when finished.
08 How to communicate instantly in joint mediation? What are the differences between typing, voice messages, and live calls?
After joint mediation begins, messages appear instantly for every participant without refreshing. You can switch among three modes at any time: typing for short, editable remarks; voice notes that are delivered immediately so the other party can listen at once, with AI transcription appearing on the same message later; and a live browser peer-to-peer call that the other party hears immediately, with the recording sent to AI only after hang-up so starting a call does not overload the site. In every mode, AI tracks all text and later-recognized speech, can step in for personal attacks, emotional escalation, or clear agenda drift, and can speak on request. These capabilities work in every interface language; what participants say stays in the original wording and is not rewritten automatically. Calls and voice notes need microphone permission. Recording still requires everyone's consent first. On a shared device, watch speaker playback.
09 How will stories be made public? How does the platform earn revenue?
Completing mediation does not require publication. Only if all participants separately agree can the story, after rewriting, de-identification, and joint review, enter Juicewatch. Public content is not the original private interview text or raw recording. Public stories may generate revenue through advertising, member reading, or content partnerships, used to sustain the product and mediation service; commercial forms should be clearly marked. If anyone refuses, withdraws at a stage allowed by the process, or does not complete authorization, the story will not be published, and that does not affect access to the mediation service or receiving the report.
10 What is the difference between account blocking, deletion, and profile?
A blocked account cannot log in, but data continues to be retained for dispute processing, auditing, or recovery purposes. Permanent deletion makes the account unable to log in and deletes data associated with the account according to product rules; content that must already be retained by law, has been de-identified, or involves common records of other participants may need to be handled separately according to applicable rules. You can change your display name, bio, avatar, and password in account settings. Do not share your account with others, because all confirmations are tied to the currently logged-in identity.
11 What should be noted about invitation links and multi-person privacy?
The invitation link is the key to entering a specific mediation; it should only be sent through trusted channels to intended participants, and should not be posted in public groups or on social media. Before joining, check the mediation title and the initiator's relationship. Everyone should create their own account and should not use the same login identity on the same device to answer in turn. If the link is leaked, an invitation goes to the wrong person, or you see unknown participants, stop filling in and contact customer support immediately.
12 How do I set language, Arabic, and accessibility features?
